Terms and Conditions 

Any delivery disputes must be reported to our customer care team within 3 days of delivery. GRICEY cannot take responsibility for, nor replace, missing packages that are not flagged within this time frame. This policy is in place for insurance purposes and cannot be waived.

Return to Sender: If you choose to return your item due to unpaid duties and taxes or any other reason, we will issue a refund for the item itself, minus any charges incurred by the courier for returning the goods. Please note, the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
